Where it is

Caesars Windsor stands at 377 Riverside Drive East, Windsor, Ontario N9A 7H7. The resort faces the Detroit skyline from the Detroit River waterfront, near the Canadian end of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. The directions button on this page opens Google Maps at that address.

Questions before the trip can go to the toll-free line, 1-800-991-7777, where pressing 9 gives service in French. The local number is 519-258-7878. The casino's own website is caesars.com/caesars-windsor.

Directions in Google Maps

The tunnel bus

Transit Windsor's city-run Tunnel Bus to Detroit has ended. A private service, the Linq Tunnel Bus, replaced it. The name stayed close; the operator changed. In Windsor, its pickup is at Bruce Ave & Riverside Dr W.

The return stop is not the same corner. Coming back from Detroit, the bus drops off at McDougall St & University Ave E, near the casino. This guide does not list fares or a timetable. Both belong to the private operator, and riders should check with it before planning the night around a departure.

By car

Drivers can use Caesars Windsor's parking garage at 257 Glengarry Avenue, which has 6 floors. The address differs from the casino's own on Riverside Drive East, so it is the one to enter in a navigation app. Parking prices and valet rates are not listed in this guide. Rates should be checked with the casino directly.

Money and exchange

Visitors carrying US dollars can get currency exchange information at the main cashier. This guide has no exchange rates and no cashier of its own, and it takes no bets. One habit helps: decide the evening's budget in one currency before arriving, and keep to that figure.
