Sit-down dinner
Two restaurants at Caesars Windsor take reservations for a sit-down dinner. Neros Steakhouse is the upscale signature steakhouse of the resort, and tables are booked through OpenTable. Spago Trattoria is the casual option, with a European-Italian kitchen. Its reservations go through tbdine, a different booking service from the one Neros uses.

Casual and quick
Legends Sports Bar is a casual American sports bar, and it is 19 and up. It sits behind Caesars Sportsbook, which has betting kiosks open 24/7 and 22 large screens. Johnny Rockets is the other casual American choice.
Café 377 is a counter-service café for breakfast and lunch daily. Quick bites at any hour fall to Tim Hortons, which is open 24 hours. Like Legends, it is tagged 19 and up. Hours for Café 377 and Johnny Rockets are on the casino's own restaurant page.
Bars and lounges
Caesars Windsor has three bars and lounges on site. They are Cosmos Lounge, Vu Bar and The House Sports Lounge. This guide carries no other details about them, so the resort at 519-258-7878 is the place to ask.
Hours and age
Tim Hortons is open 24 hours. This guide does not list hours for the other restaurants; the casino's own restaurant page at caesars.com shows them. Holiday hours should be checked on the venue's own site as well. The casino and its related outlets are 19+. Ontario law says no one under 19 may enter or remain in a gaming site, except in the course of employment.
